Our expert technicians will provide the following services:

Preventative maintenance service on your air conditioning unit twice a year. Performed during regular business hours, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

Visual inspection of the evaporator coil

Check refrigerant levels, if necessary

Check capacitors

Check thermostat controls

Check the drain pan and drain lines

Add drain pan cleaner tablets

Clear the drain line

Check the Amp draws on the motors and compressor

Visual inspection of the air filter
Should you require emergency service, as a preferred customer, you will receive priority scheduling and a 15% discount on parts. We offer 24-hour emergency service, 7 days a week. After-hours rates apply for calls dispatched between 5 pm and 9 am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
For commercial properties, too many variables are involved to give a one-price-fits-all. We provide AC maintenance for large Key Large resorts (150+ rooms) and small businesses (1,200 sq. ft). In addition to the size of your property, our commercial maintenance program can also cover your ice machine and walk-in freezer. Please get in touch with us for a customer quote.
